Procurement Manager- Professional Services
A leading insurance brand is looking to bring in a Procurement Manager to join a procurement team that is growing rapidly and is going through a time of genuine change and development
Insurance business based in Manchester
You will be expected to take a leading role in the sourcing of all professional services spend within Legal, Consultancy, Training and HR
You will be tasked with gaining an insight into business requirements whilst delivering savings through best in class processes
You will be involved with high level stakeholder management
You will be developing innovative and sustainable procurement processes as well as relationships with suppliers
You will also be managing a team, using your knowledge to bring on those around you
Specific experience with a previous focus on professional services procurement and ideally Legal.
A high level of commercial acumen
Previous people management experience would be ideal
Previous examples of innovative thinking in processes and procedures
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Relevant business qualification e.g. CIPS
