Your new company
A newly formed transport company who are part of a large and successful international business are now seeking to add an experienced Sales Executive with Logistics and Transport experience.
Your new role
Based in their Transport department, in your new role you will be responsible for building up new business, managing existing accounts by answering any queries and assisting with bookings. In order to generate new business you will complete sales calls and attend visits to various potential clients. Once you have discussed marketing material, you will listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale whilst being professional with every customer.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have the ability to work to sales targets, a good telephone manner and customer service skills. As a person you will be determined, outgoing with a flexible approach to work. Experience of the Transport industry is critical, especially the knowledge of pallet delivery.
What you'll get in return
You will be working 9 to 5.30, Monday to Friday, and receive a salary up to £24,000 and a competitive bonus scheme.
