Your new role
This is an exciting role working as a Procurement Process and Governance Assistant Manager where you will be directly supporting the Senior Procurement manager with the Procurement processes and governance. Your role will include supporting internal stakeholders and completing supplier on-boarding. You will be responsible for contract management and invoices - completing contract agreement forms ensuring all documents are signed. Part of your duties will be to complete low value agreements for freelances following standard agreement forms and manage on-going supplier relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will ideally have a background in Marketing and E-commerce and have excellent PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint. You should have proven ability to multitask & react to fast turnarounds in reactive situations. Strong analytical, numeracy and communication skills are also essential.
