Hays are currently recruiting a Procurement Specialist for HR and resourcing on behalf of an innovative multi-billion euro utilities company with offices in Solihull.
Your new role
As the Procurement Specialist you will be delivering the indirect category strategy and managing the business' external spend by liaising with stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing demand plans.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate with experience in indirect procurement, strong commercial acumen, and excellent analytical skills. You will also have extensive stakeholder management experience and a good understanding of contract law, with either a relevant degree or an MCIPS qualification.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum and a benefits package including a bonus of up 10%, 25 days holiday (plus statutory), and private healthcare.
