A Buyer role working for a large commercial public sector organisation on a 3-6 month contract.

Your new company
You will work for a large well respected public sector organisation who are based out of Manchester City Centre.

Your new role
You will work as a Buyer responsible for a selection of indirect categories within the organisation. You will work on OJEU tenders in relation to your selected categories and be responsible for analyse of expenditure to identify new savings areas. You will support management of high value negotiations and liase with your supplier base and internal stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced within a public sector procurement team and having responsibilities for indirect categories. You will also have a working knowledge of EU regulations and preferably CIPS qualified.
