This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing FMCG organisation, based in Peterborough. My client are looking for someone to join their Supply Chain team in a Customer Service Coordinator role, with experience of working in a manufacturing environment with key clients - ideally FMCG/Retail.

They supply their products directly from their manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Peterborough and export throughout the world. Their customers range from multinational to small companies.

Description

The role of Customer Service Coordinator is purely focused on existing customers and existing products with main duties being:-

  • Management of order book across customers, ensuring orders dated correctly in the system to support production planning
  • Pricing of orders on existing products within or above margin targets
  • Liaising with customers on supply of free issue material
  • Liaising with purchasing on scheduling of supply of our own raw materials and packaging
  • Main contact point for customers on existing business
  • Help manage flow of NPD into production and take over maintenance of ongoing business
