Your new role
As the company continues its growth momentum they are looking for an Operations Team Leader who will have will have full responsibility for leading the operations team within their unit to achieve the performance targets set by the Production Manger. You will be responsible for leading a specific area team to achieve the profit and performance, drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, processes and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will be with have string leadership / supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment. You will also be computer literate, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; be self motivated; and have the ability to solve problems. An NVQ level 4 or ILM qualification and experience within an FMCG environment would be an advantage. The successful candidate must be willing to undertake personal development training.
What you'll get in return
