Head of Customer Services - Process / Manufacturing - Manchester

Client Details

Our client are a high growth process / manufacturing organisation with a global presence. They are currently experiencing rapid growth, therefore have been investing in talent to support the development of the business.

Description

The Head of Customer Services will be based in the responsible for:

  • Review and development of global process, systems, and teams to support the business and improve customer experience
  • Understand the complexity of the 3 global operating regions and ensure the approach is fit for purpose for all
  • Recruit or mentor talent in regions to give business unit leaders the support required
  • Build an internal network to allow successful implementation of new processes and systems
  • Specify system requirements as part of a global project
  • Identify opportunity to maximise the efficiency of the operation including cost, time, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Implement accurate and uniform measures to analyse performance

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • Already operating as a Head of Customer Services for a multisite manufacturing organisation
  • Have a track record of driving change, and developing systems and processes to support a growing operation
  • Able to demonstrate management of performance across a global headcount
  • Support the Supply Chain to deliver to customer expectations
  • Have had responsibility for compliance in a high audit based environment (Pharma, Chemicals), including import / export requirements
  • Have managed logistics providers
