Your new role
In this position you will be part of a team delivering service excellence to a range of retail and wholesale customers. You will be the Supply Chain partner for the Sales Account Manager, helping to align supply chain and commercial objectives. The role is varied, including communicating order status with customers and alerting them to any shortages or other issues, liaising with the Demand Forecasting function, entry of sales orders into the ERP system (SAP), monitoring new customer orders, allocating stock to orders and liaising with the 3PL to ensure service success, investigate and resolve any issues that arise, manage customer / pricing events, and be pro-active in assisting with process improvements to support service excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, working within a Supply Chain to ensure KPIs and Service levels are exceeded. You will be a strong communicator with a clear focus on customer service. You will have good IT skills including Excel, and ideally a recognised ERP system such as SAP. Overall you will be a positive personality and enjoy working within a fast moving professional environment.
