A leading facilities management company, who specialise in Property and Investments are recruiting. This is an International company, with more than 150 offices worldwide. They are experts in there industry and invest in their employees, so defiantly a great company to work for even on an interim basis. It's possible that this could be used as a stepping stone for someone that wants to work in Procurement team.
Your new role
In this role you will be working as a Contract Administrator to help with the contract validation and consolidation on to their new eProcurement system. You will be responsible for ensuring all EMEA contract data is complete and correct. Part of your role will be working with various stakeholders and suppliers to ensure all contract details are up to date and signatories have been obtained. You will also be ensuring all projects millstones are clearly outline and met. Additionally you need to identify any contracts that are invalid high risk defunct suppliers. To be successful in this role
You would have previously worked within Administration role and have an understanding of stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have strong organisation skills and strong Analytical Ability. You need excellent PC skills, especially with Excel.
