An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Two of the world's most iconic brands. Jaguar Land Rover is revered across the globe. Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

Every product. Every process. Every environment. Our vehicles continually set the benchmark for luxury, innovation and performance thanks to our unrivalled commitment to infinite detail. Join us within our Purchasing teams, and you'll be the driving force behind it all.

The Programmes Purchasing and Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) team manages the interface between the Vehicle Line Architectures, Globalisation, Manufacturing and the Purchasing / Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) community. Join this team and you'll help ensure that New Model Programmes and global growth can derive maximum value and benefit from the global supplier market place offering.

You'll ensure we deliver value in terms of cost, quality, technology, and timing, and that these attributes are delivered to, or better than plan. You'll be one of the main drivers of strategy through the programme purchasing department.

Acting as the voice and conscience of your teams you'll support the development, launch and lifecycle of our product portfolio and global growth. Being responsible for understanding the wants and needs of the Vehicle Programme Architecture Teams you'll determine how these can be best met by the Global Supplier network. Managing a small team, you'll address issues that require either direct Purchasing and STA delivery or support.

Able to deliver in challenging environments, you'll need workload planning and execution management experience. You'll have experience of leading team and successfully delivering a project and/or programme. Your leadership skills mean you can confidently facilitate the resolution of complex cross-functional issues across the organisation. Good business acumen will be expected alongside a personal initiative and a desire to succeed. The ability to understand and interpret requirements and potential risk, and associated impact to the Purchasing function, throughout the project/programme delivery will be essential.

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you'll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan, private medical cover and performance related bonus scheme. As a manager, you'll also be able to select one of our luxury premium vehicles to lease at a fraction of the cost. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
