A Global organisation based in Gloucester are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their established procurement team. With responsibility for supporting a variety of Global Procurement and Supply Chain operations whilst implementing policies within the procurement systems.
Working collaboratively with various global stakeholders on a range of analysis and process improvement projects
Identifying process & systems improvements and solutions for both Global Procurement and wider Corporate Services functions
Responsible for procurement systems user training/support and query diagnosis/root cause analysis
Managing system enhancement requirements on behalf of EMEA
Assisting buyers with competitive analysis and research of commodities, suppliers and spend data
Support the P2P process and how the systems integrate into this process
Background of working with various procurement processes and applications
Proven ability of data analytic and process improvement
Ability of working with ERP systems (SAP desirable)
Able to manage and prioritise multiple request
Basic project and change management understanding
Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in French or Italian is desirable
Salary range: £28,000 - £33,000 plus package
