Public Sector Organisation, based in Stockport, who require a Procurement Officer.
The role of Procurement Officer will oversee the following:
- Providing high quality procurement information and reports.
- Improving and providing an efficient procurement service to the business
- Providing demonstrable value for money and social value in all procurement activity
- Providing a customer focused service for the strategic procurement of contracts
- Producing tenders and written reports for director sign off
- To assist with the development of better quality and more efficient Procurement systems including improving SAP
Ideally, the candidate will have the following background:
- Public Sector Procurement
- Degree Qualified
- Ability to work autonomously
