Your new role
The Administration Systems Controller oversees the support operations of the Company. They will ensure that there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the business. The person will be organised and detail-orientated with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who has a real passion for computers, organisation and systems.

The Administration Systems Controller will support Directors in all areas of HR, and provide support to the Health & Safety Committee, as well as playing a pivotal role in ensuring the business operations run smoothly. The candidate will help maintain the internal MRP system, overseeing departmental use and ensuring the system is kept up to date with the correct information. You will support the day-to-day running, maintenance, security and improvement of the IT infrastructure. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training and assistance where required and other duties as assigned by Directors

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a good working knowledge of ERP/MRP business systems, including production, logistics and accounts. You will have expert knowledge and experience of office applications including MS Excel and MS Access and other ODBC related products. Experience of delivery support service within a manufacturing company and ideally the successful applicant will have experience with UNIPLAN or other MRP systems.
