Senior Procurement Manager
OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SECTOR PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an individual who will deliver excellent procurement services across the business and develop an outcomes based strategy that secures optimum Value for Money across all sourcing options. Whilst ensuring compliance with procurement and EU regulations and internal processes you will be a modern, fresh thinker who doesn't accept or follow the status-quo and is skilled at leading an agile, effective and customer focused procurement team.
As well as having a graduate diploma in CIPS (or equivalent qualification), you'll have a talent for engaging operational staff fully in the procurement process, backed up with the strong negotiation and project management skills. We are looking for a enthusiastic senior manager with a successful background in delivering against strategies, plans and targets.
You will support managers to source and then manage contracts that maximise Value for Money for the Company and its tenants, whilst also ensuring fruitful relationships with suppliers are nurtured.
Whilst we are looking for an candidates with experience in Procurement, we are open to receiving applications from candidates that may not have extensive experience of managing a Procurement function as a whole - there is the potential for a development plan to be put in place for this role (starting salary would be negotiated).
