We are looking for experienced Interim Bid Writers / Managers to help support our growing client base and bid management offering. As an Interim Bid Writer / Manager you will be required to help Apsiz to:

  • Support clients with the preparation of responses to Invitation to Tenders and Requests for Proposals
  • Provide expert knowledge on the bid management process and how it links to the buyer’s procurement process
  • Manage communications with the client to obtain the relevant company information in order to produce a winning bid
  • Offer related bid management services such as opportunity scanning, building documentation libraries for tender responses, and providing ongoing advice and support to clients

Candidates applying for this role must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience in responding to or evaluating bids (i.e. experience as a Bid Writer / Manager or a Procurement Manager)
  • Experience across a variety of sectors, e.g. health, local authority, private companies
  • Experience across a variety of product and service categories
  • Experience across different types of procurement process, i.e. open procedure, restricted procedure, dynamic purchasing system, competitive dialogue
