The main role requirement is to lead a team of Procurement Co-ordinators to initiate the Procure to Pay process in line with group Procurement policies and drive improvements in requisition quality and process efficiency.

Manages a team that utilise SAP Procurement modules. Leads the delivery of transactional procurement activities with a multi site remit. Will be expected to understand and work within multi site constraints and manage delivery to a range of stakeholders and suppliers.

Management of resource allocation to ensure accurate initiation of the Procure to Pay process for a given category of spend ensuring compliance to group policies

Leading the team to provide first line support to operations on supplier performance management, working on conjunction with senior buyers and category managers to drive improvements

Ensuring the team are capable of developing category data and reporting to support senior buyers and category managers

Influencing internal business partners to ensure contracted suppliers are used wherever possible, and coaching the team to support them in their influencing of business partners


It is essential you have experience in the below, your application will not be processed without it:

- Use of SAP P2P modules and the ability to extract system data to support reporting

- Experience of leading teams

- Knowledge of SAP Procurement modules

- P2P Process knowledge

- Analytical and reporting skills

- Well developed communication skills (written & verbal)

- Team Leadership, coaching and mentoring
