An expanding procurement team is looking for a developing Procurement Analyst to join their team in Philadelphia. They are looking to incorporate you as a creative spark into their team who can develop and implement innovative procurement analysis. You will be an integral component of a bright and motivated team, working with key internal and external stakeholders on implementing cost-saving strategies that make a real difference.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities both qualitative and quantitative, with a financial or business degree. They will enjoy working in a fast paced environment having shown drive and a keen urgency to gain responsibility and develop in their career.

Role Overview: Procurement Analyst
*Working alongside a project manager as a Business Analyst, targeting saving opportunities
*Analysing enterprise contracts to ensure efficient decisions, modifying and negotiating contracts to ensure efficient outcome
*Supplier identification; creating RFI's, RFP's, planning vendor interviews, identifying and analysing efficient strategy with strong emphasis on financial analysis in excel
*Large prominence on contract analysis and negotiation, liaising with suppliers, coordinating contracts through the legal and purchasing process

Requirements: Procurement Analyst
*Bachelor's Degree Required. Finance or Business discipline preferred
*Procurement experience preffered. However does not have to be substantial if you have an exceptional resume with experience in roles of increasing responsibility
*Ability to read and understand contract and pricing proposals to ensure clients make educated business decisions that implement efficiency gains
*Strong Microsoft Office Excel experience with knowledge of formula writing, applying this to financial analysis.
*Creative thinker, who can develop and implement innovative solutions to implement cost savings
*Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written in order to display coherent objectives and proposals when liaising with relevant stakeholders.
