Quality Manager, Essex, with a leading organisation

A leading manufacturing organisation offering a new opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their successful and established team.
Your new role
Will include all aspects of quality along with health, safety and environment. You will provide guidance to all staff on quality related activities and requirements. Product quality audits and inspections will need to be planned and carried out. Continuous Improvement will be a vital part of the role and you will need to ensure that it is monitored and promoted. You will be the HSE representative for the company and you will be required to ensure all compliance is met and adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a manufacturing environment along with a qualification or experience in a related field. Strong interpersonal skills along with critical thinking and intellectual capabilities are necessary to ensure any issues are resolved promptly and in line with objectives. Being able to work under pressure with drive and enthusiasm is required. A certificate in ISO 9001 and Nebosh Health & Safety is preferred but not essential.
