A rapidly growing business, that specialises in fashion, is looking to expand its Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain operation in Nottinghamshire and establish themselves as one of the premier businesses in within its sector. The firm has seen vast growth during its small history and is looking for an ambitious, forward thinking individual to join their team as a Goods-In Team Leader.


  • Manage ca. 10-20 operatives as a Goods-In Team Leader
  • Complete Initial and continued training of staff
  • Manage Return to Work interviews, managing absence requests and performance management
  • Generate a consistent and regular feedback culture with your team
  • To ensure staff adherence to the Company Health and Safety procedures, addressing potential breaches where necessary
  • Monitor consumables to ensure levels are replenished with workload fluctuations
  • Review supplier conformance and report where necessary
  • Have a thorough understanding of productivity rates
  • Complete the daily shift plan and convey to team
  • Manage day to day queries into the Goods In department
  • Uphold company and department policies and procedures


The successful applicant for the position of Warehouse Supervisor will have the following skills and experience:

  • MUST have worked as a Warehouse Team Leader for a minimum of 2 years
  • Have experience of managing 8+ operatives
  • Ideally have worked for a leading Fashion or 3PL business
  • Experience is GOODS-IN is highly preferable
  • BSc Logistics & Supply Chain preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of warehousing
  • IOSH/NEBOSH Preferable
  • Red Prairie WMS experience
  • Commutable to Nottingham
