The Customer Service Advisor will work closely with Supply Chain to manage customer orders and expectations.

Client Details

Our Client is a well established global engineering company, the Bristol site specialises in the manufacture of electro-magnetic products which are predominately supplied into the Automotive and High Technology markets.

Description

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Customer service Management, Processing Sales Orders and Forecasts, data entry on the ERP System
  • Management of Global Customers
  • Expediting customer orders, liaising with production to ensure OTD
  • Develop relationships with nominated customers
  • Manage and report on customer KPI's
  • Negotiate and manage customer expectations, including lead times, MOQ, Batch Sizes
  • Attend daily Production meetings

Profile

The successful Candidate will possess;

  • Demonstrable track record in a similar role
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain
  • Ability to build relationships
