This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement specialist with demonstrable experience of managing IT or FM projects, to join a global services organisation which is going through an exciting period of change.
An international organisation operating in over 100 countries.
Leading tender processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) to ensure the selection of the most appropriate supplier partners
Deliver synergies and cost savings through collaborating with stakeholders
Spend management, including regular tracking on spend
Negotiation of contractual terms and commercials with suppliers
Delivery of savings targets - ensuring clear and auditable benefits tracking
Influencing and establishing procurement practices
Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including contract and performance management

In-depth knowledge of category management techniques & processes.
CIPS qualified or equivalent
Degree qualified or equivalent
Demonstrable knowledge of EU rules and regulations is preferred, providing compliant procurement processes and procedures that work to the institutions best advantage.
Contract development & negotiation of high value and complex contracts to ensure value for money is delivered
