A well-established manufacturing company in Cambridgeshire are looking for a Senior Buyer to join their busy team. This company operates globally and has a stable base in the UK.
Your new role
The Senior Buyer will be responsible for generating daily reports, implementing continuous improvement processes, negotiation with suppliers, operating the MRP system and manage vendor score cards.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Senior Buyer will have experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector. In addition, you will need to have strong stakeholder management skills and have evidenced cost saving experience. The Senior Buyer will also possess excellent IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft office.
