We now seek a self-motivated Procurement Professional with a background in Public Sector Procurement to join our centralised Procurement Team.  The post will involve taking a lead role in the tendering process, with some management of supply and service contracts. You will be flexible and responsive to change, have strong negotiation and communication skills and be able to drive forward projects.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, be CIPS qualified (MCIPS) or in the final stages of obtaining this accreditation and have procurement experience, ideally gained in the Public Sector or HE environment. Working knowledge of public sector procurement procedures, including EU procurement directives and relevant legislation is essential.
