Your new role
Working with the Estates and developments team, this is a vital position in an organisation looking to implement a category management approach. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will review key contracts and develop a strategic category plan, in line with wider organisational objectives. You will be leading on high value OJEU tenders and expected to make savings across the category.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an MCIPS qualified procurement professional, with experience of public sector regulations and the construction/estates category. A key element of this role will be developing meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders within the Property Services team, so strong communication skills are vital. Experience with JCT/NEC3 contracts will also be beneficial.
