Interim Global Marketing Category Manager
1st Executive have been retained by a leading FMCG brand to recruit an Interim Marketing Category Manager to lead a new approach to procurement within ATL Marketing.
You will provide sourcing expertise and leadership to the marketing & sales categories, developing and executing sourcing strategies and performance management within the marketing categories.
- Provide leadership and ownership in global strategic sourcing within the category
- Lead negotiations and commercial contracts
- Develop and lead relationships with external supplier base and regulatory authorities
- Marketing procurement experience of at least 1 year
- Experience of procurement across multiple regions and adapting accordingly
- Ability to interact with senior executives
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to navigate a complex matrix structure
