Your new role
You will see yourself maintaining a close relationship with Customers and Marketing Managers to ensure sale contracts. Receiving relevant sales agreements and all pertinent information to manage execution of contracts. You will be responsible for guaranteeing an optimal shipment schedule by complying with Customer expectations and operational needs. You will see yourself filing and organising all relevant documentation.You will also guarantee an optimal shipment schedule by complying with Customer expectations and operational needs You will Manage shipment allocation on a daily bases You will process Freight payments and Dispatch calculation, negotiation and agreement with ship-owners.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a Degree in Engineering or Economics. Experience and knowledge of accounting/finance are necessary for this role. You must have 3 years minimum experience in a similar role. proficiency in Microsoft packages and sales systems is essential.
