Logistics Administrator required for Telecommunications and Technical company based in London

Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: London

A leading communications service company throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East, are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their London branch. With a high standard of service, customer communication and impressive clientele, they are wanting to add to their team for someone to contribute heir all and passion into logistics, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Your new role:

You will be responsible for the ordering process between the UK and EU by generating efficient and updated reports for the Logistics, Sales and Finance departments. Along with this you will operating courier dispatches, responding to customer queries and have full focus on providing freight forecasts, in terms of costs to the sales team. You will be arranging the diary and general administration for stock holdings between the multiple warehouses. For this you will be required to use SAP software. You also will be able to maintain a constant high level of communication with all people within the structure, so great interpersonal and organisational skills will help you excel in this role.


We are looking for you to have previous experience within administration, preferable to the import/export logistics, knowledge of Incoterms, with a practical and logical approach to work, keeping targets within timings. Good, proven communication skills with the eye for attention to detail, creative problem-solving and ability to prioritise and manage heave workload, a preference. Ultimately, we want you to have your own career ambition to join a telecoms company, operating their software and managing multiply of tasks at one time with a positive, can-do attitude. A second language is preferable and knowledge of SAP, but not essential.
