IT Procurement Manager - interim

A global service based organisation based are currently recruiting an Interim IT Procurement Manager, Professional Services to join their team. As Procurement Category Manager for their IT Professional Services spend you will be driving the procurement activity on a global scale. You will be able to hold your own in front of demanding stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations with key suppliers in this space. You will be managing multiple RFP processes at any given time, whilst building and maintaining many stakeholder relationships. You will also be ensuring the validity of your supply chain, understanding the audits and service delivery of your suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working with key IT suppliers within IT Professional Services space. You will be a confident negotiator, and internal ambassador for Procurement internally, ensuring processes are adhered to. You will have a proven track record of category management and contract management and be able to demonstrate an ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
