Your new role
You will be an experienced and hands-on Purchasing Manager who will lead, manage and coordinate all purchasing, sourcing and supplier management activities as well as developing and managing our small supply chain team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have several years' experience within a Purchasing Management role, ideally in a fast paced engineered to order business. You will be comfortable managing a small team, whilst maintaining a hands-on and direct purchasing role. In your previous roles you will have demonstrated application of strategic purchasing methods and Supplier performance management. You will undoubtedly have strong negotiation skills with advanced leadership, management and communication skills as well as the ability to build, hold and maintain relationships at all levels with customers and suppliers.
