Senior Consultant - Specialist Procurement Consultancy - $60,000 - $80,000 + Guaranteed Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package - FastTrack Career Development

The Senior Consultant role will involve:

  • Taking the lead in the development of client relationships and having the ability to spot outages before fully assisting them in identifying and implementing opportunities
  • Take control of projects, ensuring that they are all completed on time and within budget in order to gain complete client satisfaction
  • Drive change throughout the organisation by highlighting current outages in all key procurement areas such as transformation, BPO, SRM and optimisation before identifying and implementing solutions
  • Gain influence over all key stakeholders through the development of stakeholder relationships
  • Travel required 3 to 4 days a week with flexibility to work from home

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent project management, contract management, negotiation and end-to-end sourcing skill - running RFP & RFQs
  • Must be highly motivated to work in a fast-moving organization and work well with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills to work in a client-facing role
  • Strong analytical skills and competency with Excel
  • Must have the ability to act as a change-enabler and have the motivation to be a team-leader as the company grows
  • BA/BSc degree in Business, IT, Engineering or similar field
