FM Procurement Manager Needed Within Hospitality Sector - Up to £500 per day
Your new Company
Your new company is part of a global hotel brand, who offer second to none service to all of their customers. They own and operate commercial and residential properties all across the globe and are always looking to add to their portfolio.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working within the Property Procurement team and looking to add to their existing function that they currently have in place. You will be working on embedding category strategy further in line with business requirements and managing an array of suppliers, from tier 1 to niche. Your main responsibilities will be around creating a new strategy, negotiating and driving forward Procurement.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have proven experience working on a Property Procurement in particular FM Procurement. You will have a background in influencing challenging stakeholders, as well as developing strategies and helping to embed them into the business. You must be able to demonstrate analytical, problem solving, project management and decision making skills.
