Carnival UK has big plans for the future.  Already the market leader, CUK (which operates the P&O Cruises and Cunard Brands) will grow by 50% by 2022 as we add new ships to the fleet and further transform the industry by making cruising a mainstream holiday for UK guests.

Driven by our ambitions plans and a desire to take the next step in our Supply Chain journey we are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Operations Director to provide outstanding leadership across this area.  This person will set the vision and drive the change agenda for the end to end global supply chain that supports the fleets of P&O and Cunard.

The position reports into the VP, Procurement & Supply Chain, will be a key leader in the organisation and responsible for a department that includes Logistics, Supply Chain Planning & Operations, Systems Support and Facilities Management teams.

About You

With a broad background in Supply Chain in a world class environment you will have a passion for the profession and the drive and energy to bring that professional to a new industry.  It’s critical you know what good looks like in your profession and have capability and desire to envisage and paint the picture of a better future taking the teams and the business with you as we develop the Cruise Supply Chain of tomorrow.

This role presents a genuinely unique opportunity for an ambitious, passionate and results driven leader to excel and accelerate their career – you’ll know how to motivate, how to engage widely and how to get the best out of your people.  First and foremost, this is a leadership role.
