Job Description

Our Senior Demand Planning Manager will play a critical role in helping to guide and shape future business decisions. Reporting to the Director of Sales Planning & Analysis - and working very closely with the regional leadership team - you will be responsible for creating and executing the demand plan and supply allocation across EMEA.

With a leading role in the S&OP process, you will utilise all of the information available to you (forecasts from our territories, market trends and insight from our analysis team, external info from agencies) to analyse and develop a long-term demand plan for the region.

Optimising the supply allocation - to get the best possible commercial performance across the region - is also a key element of this role. You will have overall governance of the short/medium term supply allocations by country (that process being managed on a weekly/monthly basis by the Sales Planning Manager).

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone truly impressive to take on this role. Not only will you have a detailed grasp of long-term demand planning - sales insights, market trends, historical performance, pricing impact etc - and strong analytical ability, you will also need exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will have played a leading role within an S&OP process, ideally on a regional scale, and have management experience.

You might come from a Consumer Electronics or FMCG background, but this isn't a necessity - if think you have what it takes to excel in this role, we want to hear from you!
