A global professional services organisation seeks a procurement manager to deliver strategic change and cost reduction on an interim basis, specifically in the Facilities Management category. You will be joining an award winning organisation, as well taking on an exciting global procurement role in the legal sector.

As an Interim Procurement Manager, you will be:

  • Identifying ways to reduce costs for high profile clients, specifically in Facilities, Real Estate and Office Services contracts
  • Working closely with senior contract managers to jointly deliver strategic cost reductions
  • Leading supplier negotiations
  • Working with C-Level stakeholders such as the global head of procurement and procurement operations manager
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Reporting directly to the head of procurement

As an Interim Procurement Manager, you will have:

  • Prior experience and knowledge in procurement, specifically in the FM, real estate and office services categories
  • Some exposure to the legal sector (preferred but not essential)
  • A CIPS qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • A degree (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent presenting and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience working in a best in class procurement function within a professional services environment
