Your role will demand you engage in the end to end Procurement process for a diverse variety of Professional Service categories at the National level, with future opportunity to expand to the wider European level. Individuals with a holistic understanding of the procurement process are invited to apply, exceptional SRM & analyst applicants may also be considered. Your day to day role will see that you head up the Procurement function for Professional Services, rolling out the Procurement Strategy set at the European level. Exceptional candidates will look for ways to improve upon the Procurement strategy and can benefit from rapid career growth opportunities if they bring good insight to the table.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective management of the Indirect Procurement Strategy
    • Includes spend categories of: HR, Facilities Management, Fleet, Travel
  • Liaise with your line manager to roll out innovative category management strategies
  • Manage the End to End Procurement function for the Generalist categories
  • Analyse existing spend, sourcing and onboarding the best value suppliers
  • Be Proactive in the day to day functioning's of the office
    • Support in administrative functions
    • Work with senior staff to support & organise meetings and functions

Required Qualifications & Permits

  • A University Degree, Masters beneficial but not necessary
  • Experienced in a Procurement or Buying role
  • EU working rights
