Indirect Country Sourcing Manager

Company: Fortune 500 Real Estate Giant

Position: Indirect Country Sourcing Manager

Salary: €60k-€70k basic + 10% bonus + benefits

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Language: German (Fluent) + English


We are looking for an individual with excellent negotiation and stake holder management skills to join an iconic real estate firm. You will be accelerating top line savings across Indirect spend categories managing high level stakeholders in this firm and working with multi-million Euro category spend to drive significant savings.

This is a role for an ambitious Sourcing professional, you will be managing spend across the Marketing, HR, Operations or IT categories it is preferred that you have experience in handling multiple category spend. The remit of your work will span Germany, the Nordics along with Switzerland and Austria.

You will be joining a well-developed & supported Procurement team with excellent stakeholder relationships. Tactful stakeholder management is crucial as you will be leading senior stakeholders to participate in the firm's procurement strategy. There is a limited degree of travel with this role as you will be required to occasionally travel to the firm's other German offices and occasional travel outside of the EU.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective management of the Indirect Procurement Strategy
    • Includes spend categories of: HR, Facilities Management, Fleet, Travel
  • Manage group Procurement strategy, leveraging on the substantial multimillion euro spend
  • Work with the EMEA Procurement Lead to implement regional Procurement projects
  • Manage the end to end Procurement function for the indirect categories
  • Analyse existing spend, sourcing and onboarding the best value suppliers


  • Experienced Buyer or Category Manager, experienced in managing Indirect Procurement projects
  • Well familiarised with E-Procurement tools such as SAP/Ariba
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree, Masters or MBA beneficial but not necessary
  • EU Working rights
  • Fluent German Speaker
