The Senior Analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager to oversee, support, and develop the Stakeholder relationship and sourcing needs/concerns.  This role is the main point of contact for day to day sourcing needs / issue resolution. 


  • Manage and organise day to day sourcing requests and issues to support quicker issue resolution, decision making, and accurate execution.  This includes performing quality control checks on various reports, identifying action/teams critical to resolution
  • Maintain, prepare, and publish routine reporting (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) required to support Stakeholder needs.  This includes preparing an executive summary / read out when necessary, conducting control checks to ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Participate in routine business meetings with internal teams; and with key customers.  Identify critical action points, stakeholders, and ensure follow through.  Work closely with pricing and sell side functions to help track and resolve product implementation and pricing issues
  • Perform ad-hoc financial business analysis to inform strategic and tactical decision making and solve business problems related to potential or current business opportunities
  • Establish solid understanding of Stakeholder's most critical priorities, key products, and current process pain points.  This understanding (with business knowledge) should enable the Senior Analyst to prioritise customer driven urgent requests
  • Listen to, leverage, and promote the diverse ideas, perspectives, and contributions of others across the organisation



  • Bachelor’s Degree; preference for Business/Finance/Economics
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance or business analysis
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/stakeholder relationship management
  • Pharmaceutical (specifically generics sourcing or pricing) preferred


  • Excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of management and internal/external customers to get results quickly – able to communicate decisions and recommendations to stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Access with a solid background in data extraction and manipulation techniques
  • Sharp attention to detail, particularly in preparing financial summaries and drill downs
  • Well organized, process and team-oriented with the ability to prioritize quickly
  • Highly motivated self-starter; ability to initiate and manage work with sense of urgency
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results driven environment that is constantly changing
