Langley Search & Interim is retained by a well-known, successful business that is looking to recruit an SRM Contracts Manager.  The role will be based in Hertfordshire and reports to the Head of Procurement.

This is a new role and you will be given the ability to shape and develop the role.  You will be responsible for developing an SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Programme working with key internal and external stakeholders and developing & maintaining a Contracts Database.  You will be responsible for reporting on SRM with the aim of improving and maintaining supplier performance on key contracts and leading, coaching and working with stakeholders to this end.

Ideally you will have the following:
•    Procurement experience where you have managed the whole procurement process from sourcing to full post contract management
•    Excellent communication and influencing skills
•    A team player, not interested in the glory!
•    Experience of developing tools and techniques to manage supplier  performance and development roadmaps
•    Ideally of graduate calibre or equivalent
•    CIPS qualified (or studying for CIPS)
