Our client, a market leading Financial Services organisation, seeks to recruit a Senior Procurement HR Category Manager to operate within their Global Procurement function - with spends in the hundreds of millions. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your strong experience with the HR and Professional Services Categories.

Role:
Operating within the Global Procurement team, you will be responsible for hundreds of millions of pounds worth of spends, delivering true process and operational change and taking full ownership of the HR subcategories under responsibility.

You will work on multiple, large scale sourcing projects across a broad range of spend including:

Contingent labour

Healthcare

Pensions

Insurance

Employee Training

Experience:
You will have:

- Demonstrable success operating in an HR Category Management in a large and complex organisation

- Strong stakeholder engagement in a non-mandated environment.

- Ideally, Degree and CIPS qualified

- Global experience
