Head of FM Procurement- FTSE100 Real Estate and Investment Management Firm - £100k + Excellent Package
Due to rapid growth and expansion in the facilities space a leading Real Estate and Asset Management firm urgently require a successful Head of FM Procurement to manage the end to end process across the spend area. Offering meritocratic progression towards Head of Procurement and the chance to work alongside World class procurement professionals, this role is aimed at ambitious and driven candidates.
Head of FM Procurement Duties:-
- Manage relationships with suppliers, including leading process improvements with senior level stakeholders to improve best practice Responsible for management and performance of all sourcing related activities for FM related service requirements across the assigned client portfolio. Develop and implement sourcing strategy in order to ensure the Supply Chain is effectively supporting the client portfolio and aligned with overall Business strategy Manage the bid process from end to end and hold accountability for identifying new opportunities for cost saving
Procurement Skills/Background Required:-
- Have a strong technical procurement understanding of MRO, FM and Manufacturing Previous FM Procurement background and experience is essential - ideally with exposure to areas such HVAC, high voltage electrical opponents and other general hard FM areas. Degree qualified 2:1 (or Equivalent) CIPS useful
