A global leading technology and communications firm urgently requires an experienced HR procurement Category Manager, to help grow their procurement function across an international remit. My client is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation working in an exciting and cutting-edge market.

This HR procurement Category Manager role will involve:

  • Leading and managing international projects across all HR procurement including benefits, recruitment, training and cover
  • Liaising and maintaining strong relations with key global stakeholders
  • Analysing current supplier relationships and negotiating contracts

The following HR procurement Category Management skills are required:

  • Proven track-record of delivery across global HR procurement projects involving benefits, recruitment, training and cover
  • Experience leading and developing HR procurement
  • Strong stakeholder management and strategic sourcing skills
  • Degree or equivalent, with strong analytical and communication skills
  • CIPS qualified
